Love the Tuesday deals of 9 pieces for $9.95 but why are you never prepared for the extra customers? Line is out the door, drive through line is blocking the entry to the carpark and there is no chicken cooked. Every week is the same thing and you lose customers because of it. Recommend looking into options to improve the speed of service.
