Placed an order over the phone for two simply Grilld burgers and was told by the staff member Zoe that it would be ready in 10min. Show up 15min after making the call and the Queue is out near the sushi shop next door with some people standing there for at least 15min. I then called up and spoke to staff member Zoe to see if my order was ready which it wasn't so I decided to cancel it.
